Brave New World satrizes present day by showing what relying on technology can do to us, and that prehaps we're a little too relient and that we are letting government have took much control over our lives, and in the end they will obtain complete control.
it satirizes governments because the government is always trying to do what is best for us and they take it to the extreme of the government programming people's lives so they will be happy.
Brave New world criticizes modern day because in Brave new World there are no families or anything and they make fun of the concept of families and brothers and sisters as it exists in todays society. They think that what we would consider normal today is really odd and that our cincept of feelings and values is very different. Alot of values that are present in todays society are made fun of in the novel.
The Brave New World satirizes the present day by showing us what will happen if we continue doing the things we are doing. It shows us a future that is far different than the present.
the book tells us that technology is an evil thing which will replace family and friends. as this is happening today, families eat around the t.v., kids just play computer and video games. the book tells people to cherish your family and friends, by doing non-technolocical things like playing a bored game- oh wait that has techonology too. so ummmmm.... do somthing.
It shows "happy pills" as highly important everyday items (soma) and that technology eventually rules out any religious belief. It critizes our heavy use of technology and medication in our lives.

It describes a world where technology is taking over, which is what we're coming close to doing.

It calls people who are like today's society savages, and everything is based on science and technology.

BNW satrizes present day by criticizing most things that we value, like families and relationships. It does the except opposite of our views.
it shows how much we are becoming like the new world and less like the 'savages'
